Have your say about the Bega Valley draft Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2010.
The State Government has initiated a number of reforms and changes to the NSW Planning System over recent years. One of these changes was the introduction of a standard template for Local Environmental Plans (LEPs). As a result, all Councils in NSW are required to prepare a new LEP in accordance with this standard template. This approach will ensure consistency amongst Council planning controls across NSW.
Bega Valley Shire's draft Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2010 has been prepared in accordance with the standard template requirements and has been certified by the NSW Department of Planning for exhibition purposes.
